Criminal Law

Criminal Defense Services

I have been practicing Criminal Law since 2017 and I practice alongside Lawrence G. Phillips in my new and developing Criminal Law Practice.  I have successfully completed and received my Restorative Justice Certificate from Simon Fraser University. Restorative Justice is commonly defined as an approach to justice that focuses on addressing the harm caused by crime while holding the offender responsible for their actions, by providing an opportunity for the parties directly affected by the crime – victims, offenders and communities – to identify and address their needs in the aftermath of a crime. As a part of this, I try my best to explore non-custodial resolutions for my clients, when appropriate, and work in connection with local Diversion Programs to provide an alternative to prosecution, when appropriate.
