NICOLE D.S. MILLER, B.A., J.D.
Nicole grew up in Fort Frances, Ontario and is a member of Couchiching First Nation. She received Juris Doctor degree from the University of Manitoba in 2001. She received her call to the bar of Ontario in 2003 and in Manitoba in 2004. She does not currently practice in Manitoba and restricts her practice to Ontario.
She has completed training in Collaborative Family Law and continues to fine tune her learning and training in that area.
In 2019 she completed her Restorative Justice Certificate from Simon Fraser University.
She is a member of the legal panel of the Office of the Children's Lawyer and provides legal services on behalf of children through the Office of the Children’s Lawyer.
She is active in the community and regularly volunteers her time with the Fort Frances Girls and Women's Hockey Association.
She serves the Rainy River District and surrounding First Nations.
