I’ve been practicing Family Law since 2003. Because my practice is focused on family law, I have a thorough understanding of the legal issues that arise during the separation process. Some of these issues include:

• Decision-making Responsibility

• Parenting Time

• Child support

• Spousal support

• Property division and sharing

When I am involved in a case, I help my client successfully resolve it as quickly and efficiently as possible.  I am trained in Collaborative family law and am currently taking another course to enhance my training.   Collaborative family law is an alternative dispute resolution process where you and your partner work together to resolve your legal issues out of court with the help of your own collaborative family lawyers
